ONLINE SHOP ITEMS

If something you ordered is delivered in a damaged condition, please email immediately describing the damage and any other circumstances. I will then give you instructions for returning the goods at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with the goods please email within 14 days of delivery explaining why you wish to obtain a refund. Postage/shipping with full insurance to cover the total value will be at your own cost. Once returned the item will be checked for damage and if suitable for re-sale your original payment will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

MADE -TO-ORDER ITEMS

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, returns will only be accepted if the items are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. For this reason, I advise you to check your order very carefully before production, especially its dimensions. I cannot accept responsibility for items that have been specified incorrectly.
